To get started with the new FedEx API in Webshipper, you will need to do two things:
- Registration for credentials
- Input credentials on carrier in Webshipper
You need an active FedEx account number before you can register for API keys in Webshipper.
1. Registration for credentials
- Fill in the FedEx registration form with your existing FedEx Account number: https://fedex.nshiftcarrier.com/fedex/registration-form
- You need to prepare a FedEx Account Number beforehand; this is a mandatory detail in order to finalize the registration form.
- Make sure the information you fill in the form corresponds with what you have saved on your FedEx account. If there are any issues during the form registration, you may contact FedEx directly.
Child credentials
- You will get your own set of Child key and Child secret via the registration form.
- Each set of Child credentials will be linked to a so-called “Parent credentials”.
Parent credentials
- You don’t need to add the Parent Key credentials (these are already defaulted for the Webshipper platform).
2. Input credentials on carrier in Webshipper
- Log into Webshipper.
- Go to Carriers -> Senders.

Search for FedEx and start setup by clicking "Connect to carrier".
- Enter your FedEx Account/Customer number, User ID and Password (Child key + Secret from previous step):
- Click Connect to carrier in the top right to save the carrier.
Shipping rates
Once you have connected to your carrier, you can start building your desired shipping rates with each of the services available on the carrier.
Navigate to Connect > Order channels > Select your channel > Add Shipping rate.
