Connect your agreement in Webshipper

To set up DHL eCommerce Europe Light in Webshipper, navigate to Connect Carriers, Find "DHL eCommerce Europe Light" in the list, and click Connect to carrier.

To add DHL eCommerce Europe light as a carrier, you will need the following:

Customer Number
Test mode true/false

Fill in the details required and click Create carrier to save the carrier and see all your services available to you. You can now create your shipping methods as you like.

Waybills

If your Customer Number is exactly 9 digits, you have an agreement with DHL requiring Waybills.
To set up, navigate to Ship > Waybills > Open waybill (top right of the page) > Select your carrier's name

Once set up, shipments will be automatically included in your waybill. Finalize the waybill by closing it from the Waybills page found in the path just above this line of text, Ship > Waybills.

Shipping rates

Once you have connected to your carrier, you can start building your desired shipping rates with each of the services available on the carrier.

Navigate to Connect > Order channels > Select your channel > Add Shipping rate.
